Rescue Care paramedics were called to Edwin Swales Drive near the VW just after 9am this morning.
On arrival paramedics found that a truck and a vehicle had collided. Paramedics quickly assessed the scene and found that two occupants of the car were injured as well as the truck driver. All the injured were stabilized on the scene and placed on specialized equipment before being transported to nearby hospitals for further care that they required.
It is unclear what caused the collision however SAPS were on the scene and will be investigating further.
Traffic was severely disrupted whilst emergency personal worked to clear the scene.
