Johannesburg International Motor Show set to attract motoring enthusiasts worldwide

The biennial Johannesburg International Motor Show, also known as the Joburg Motor Show, will take place between Wednesday 16th October and Sunday 27th October. However, on the 16th and 17th, the venue will be closed to the public for press.

The event is the only OICA accredited, internationally recognised motor show in South Africa which features interactive activities, demonstrations, displays and motoring events in a 45,000m2 indoor exhibition space along with 40,000m2 outdoor space.

This huge exhibition centre, where the comprehensive automotive lifestyle is showcased, is the Johannesburg Expo Centre in Nasrec, Johannesburg. To enter the event will cost the equivalent to £6.50 for adults, £3.25 for children aged 12-16, £1.30 for children aged 6-12 years old, where children under six go free and pensioners cost the equivalent to £3.25. These tickets will be available from the gate or online at Computicket.

At the event there is a media centre, VIP lounge, international trade lounge, internet cafe, business centre, wifi and bluetooth and a travel centre.
