ER24 Paramedics form Bloemfontein were met by another gruelling incident this morning at around 08:00.
A collision between a minibus taxi and a motor vehicle on the corners of Paul Kruger and Turquoise street in Universitas claimed another life.
According to emergency staff on the scene, the significant impact of the collision seemed to have ejected the female driver from the car where she was found.
Doctors from a nearby hospital rushed to the scene in an attempt to resuscitate the woman but due to the severe mechanism and extent of her injuries, their efforts were unsuccessful. She was later declared deceased.
No other injuries were reported and the cause of the collision is unknown at his stage.
