Just before 7pm last night Rescue Care paramedics were called to the intersection of Berea Road and Cleaver Road for a collision.
On arrival paramedics found that two vehicles had collided in the junction before one of the vehicles overturned. Paramedics found that four people had been injured in the one vehicle. Paramedics quickly stabilized the four on the scene before transporting them to various Durban hospitals for further care that they required.
It is unclear what caused the collision however the robots were not working and it is thought that this played a role in the collision.
SAPS were on the scene and will be investigating further.
