We are experiencing a large amount of head-on collisions. These are no accidents – and are very much preventable! Head-on collisions are mostly caused by only a few factors which include
– Illegal and unsafe overtaking
– Driver fatigue
– Distracted driving
A visitor to the Arrive Alive website shared some photos taken recently with the following message included:
“These photos were taken on Monday 30th September on our way through the Eastern Cape on our way to Durban. These are a few of the offenders but if I had had my camera ready all of the time I could have sent you over 30 photos of people driving between East London and Durban with little care for the safety of other road users. No wonder we have so many accidents on our roads.”
