Six people have been left with mild to moderate injuries after a motor vehicle collision on the M4 north near Virginia early this morning.
ER24 Durban paramedics arrived on scene to find the BMW had left the roadway and collided with a tree.
All six occupants of the vehicle were assessed and treated on the scene before being placed on specialised stretchers for suspected neck and spinal trauma and transported by ambulance to a near by hospital for the further care and assessment they required.
It is unclear what caused the vehcile to stray from the road way and the events preceding the collision are un known however the necessary authorities were on scene and are investigating further.
