We need to drive with caution when approaching intersections! This message is shared daily by road safety activists. If everyone obeys the rules of the road there should be no reason for collisions taking place at intersections where traffic lights are in excellent working condition!
Unfortunately the idiots are all around us – and are either showing a reckless disregard for traffic lights or are so distracted that they simply do not notice traffic lights.
