Netcare 911 paramedics responded to a pedestrian accident on Fynn Road in Amanzimtoti in KZN this morning.
Upon their arrival on scene they found that a woman was injured after she was knocked over by a motor vehicle.
After the woman was treated on scene, she was transported to a local hospital for further medical care.
Exact detail to the cause of the accident and preceding events are unknown and will remain the subject of a police investigation.
