An 18 year old has miraculously survived after his vehicle crashed in a parking lot in Sea Point. It’s believed that the young man suffered a medical episode leading to his vehicle colliding into the barriers of the car park. Should the vehicle not have come to a stop, the car would have crashed down into the rocks below, which is approximately 2 storeys high.
