Six people have sustained various injuries in a collision at the intersection of Umgeni Road and Supply Road in Springfield Park just after 7pm tonight.
On arrival Rescue Care paramedics found that two cars had collided into each other in the junction. Paramedics quickly assessed the scene and found a total of six people had sustained various injuries from the collision. Another Rescue Care ambulance was called to assist and once all of the injured had been stabilized they were transported by Rescue Care to various Durban Hospitals for further care that they required.
It is unclear what caused the collision however SAPS were on the scene and will be investigating further.
