A man is in a serious condition after a vehicle struck him along Leicester Road, Mobeni ,this morning at around 07h30. Exact detail to the cause of the accident and preceding events will remain a subject for police investigation and comment.
Netcare 911 paramedics arrived at the scene and found the man lying on the roadway with serious injuries. After he was stabilised on scene and skillfully immobilized on a trauma board, they transported the man to a hospital in Durban for the care that he required.
