A motorcyclist has been critically injured after he t-boned another vehicle on the Ouklip road, Roodepoort.
ER24 paramedics arrived on scene this afternoon to find to patient lying in the road, his motorcycle a wreck. Upon examination, paramedics discovered the patient to be in a critical condition with a vast amount of serious injuries.
Advanced life support, as well as aeromedical support, was called in due to the seriousness of the injuries. The patient was airlifted by ER24 and was transported to a hospital in Johannesburg.
The full cause of the collision is unknown and investigations are underway.
