A man has tragically died after a truck overturned on the R34 near Malmoth Late last night. Reports indicate that the truck veered off the road and rolled down an embankment, the load of logs landing on top of the cab where the driver was trapped in the twisted metal.
Netcare 911 paramedics arrived at the scene and found that the driver had tragically died due to the extensive injuries that he sustained. Rescuers worked fervently for hours to free the man from under the load of logs.
