Taxi collision leaves 10 injured Durban

Ten people have sustained various injuries after two taxis and a car collided on Cato Manor Road and Jan Smuts Highway in Durban just after 7am this morning.

On arrival paramedics found the injured on sidewalk. A quick triage found that 10 people had sustained various injuries after the collision. More ambulances were called to assist with the injured patients. Once all of the injured had been stabilized they were transported to various Durban Hospitals by Rescue Care for the further care that they required.

It is unclear what caused the collision however SAPS were on the scene and will be investigating further.

Traffic was severely affected whilst emergency personal worked to clear the scene.
