Seven people were injured after a bakkie overturned on the N2 off ramp to the King Shaka international airport this morning at around 06h30. Reports indicate that the bakkie with workers veered off the road and overturned while he was attempting to round a bend.
Netcare 911 paramedics arrived at the scene and found the vehicle wreckage obstructing the roadway, the patients were found at the side of the road. After paramedics stabilised the injured they transported them to various hospitals for the care that they required.
