A man and women in their 40′s were injured this morning when their motorcycle collided with a taxi on Pretoria road in Benoni.
ER24 paramedics arrived on scene to find a small group of motorists gathered to assist the patients who were lying on the side of the road.
Paramedics discovered that the driver had sustained trauma to his chest while the passenger sustained leg injuries.
After paramedics stabilised the patients, they were transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
The cause of the collision is not yet known and local authorities were on scene for further investigations.
