Netcare 911 paramedics responded to a pedestrian accident on Louis Botha Avenue in Houghton Estate just before 06h00 this morning.
Upon their arrival on scene they found that two men had tragically lost their lives after they were knocked over by a motor vehicle.
Exact detail to the cause of the accident and preceding events will remain the subject of a police investigation.
