One adult male was killed and 15 others injured when a mini truck was involved in a collision on the N1 in Stormvoel, Pretoria this morning.
ER24 paramedics arrived on scene to treat the patients along with several other emergency services. All the 16 occupants of the vehicle were found strewn along the roadway, many were flung out of it in the collision.
One man in his twenties died on impact whilst seven others sustained serious injuries and the rest had minor injuries.
All patients were transported to various hospitals for further treatment.
There was no other vehicle involved in the collision
The exact cause of the collision is currently under investigation.
