Rescue Care paramedics attended to a serious collision on Cato Road in Berea just after 12pm today.
On arrival paramedics found that two vehicles had collided before one rolled and then collided with a pedestrian. Paramedics found the seriously injured driver laying next to her vehicle. Paramedics quickly stabilized both the driver as well as the pedestrian before transporting them to a nearby hospital for the further care that they required.
It is unclear what caused the accident however the police were in attendance and will be investigating.
Cato Road was closed whilst emergency personal worked to clear the scene.
