A visitor to the Arrive Alive website emailed photos of a driver with a child on the lap earlier today – We quote:
” Attached are the pictures of the lady with the child on her lap and of the front of the BMW vehicle showing the number plate. It was about 7:35 this morning on Harris Road.”
