Earlier this afternoon, paramedics from KZN Emergency Medical Services responded to Marine Drive near Oslo beach on the KZN South Coast.
The case was for a motor biker that had been knocked off her motor bike after a collision with another vehicle. The KZN EMS paramedics arrived to find the patient in a critical condition, being assisted by family andseveral people who had stopped to help. Paramedics from a private ambulance service also responded to scene and together the paramedics treated the patient on scene before she was transported to Port Shepstone hospital where she was handed over to a team of trauma Doctors.
The police are investigating the cause of the accident.
