A male pedestrian in his twenties was killed on impact on Main Reef Road in Witpoortjie, Johannesburg West this morning.
ER24 paramedics arrived on scene where the man’s body lay on the road. He had already succumbed the severe head injury he sustained.
The vehicle that hit him had a cracked windscreen and dented roof as result of the impact.
The man was struck as he was attempting to cross the road a few meters from the intersection.
Local authorities were in scene to investigate this incident.
