A 18-year-old man was killed this afternoon when he fell off his motorcycle on Bermuda Crescent in Uitsig, Bloemfontein.
When ER24 paramedics arrived on scene, they discovered the young man’s lifeless body lying next to his motorcycle on the roadside. He had sustained a fatal head injury after he fell off his motorcycle.
Witnesses on scene said that the young man had apparently been speeding around the corner when his motorcycle slipped on the wet patch of road. The motorcycle then slid into the pavement and hit a tree killing the motorcyclist instantly.
Local authorities were on scene for further investigations.
