Three injured on Sir Lowry’s Pass

Three men escaped serious injury in a collision the N2, Sir Lowry’s Pass near Somerset West, Western Cape today.

ER24 paramedics arrived on busy road where three vehicles were stationed in middle of the road and various motor parts were spread across the road.

Paramedics treated the three males for the moderate injuries they had had sustained and thereafter transported them to Helderberg Hospital for further medical care.

One of the patients told paramedics that their bakkie had been towing a sedan when it apparently lost control and a third vehicle collided with it.

The exact cause of the collision is under investigation by local authorities.
