A man in his fifties tragically died after his vehicle slammed into the M41 Bridge over the M4 this afternoon. Exact detail to the cause of the accident and preceding events will remain a subject for police investigation.
Netcare 911 paramedics arrived at the scene and found the man still trapped in the vehicle with life threatening injuries. After they extricated the patientparamedics started with advanced life support resuscitation and continued for over 30 minutes. Tragically despite all their efforts the man was declared dead at the scene.
