A man in his thirties sustained moderate injuries when he was hit by a vehicle along the N4 in Nelspruit yesterday.
ER24 paramedics arrived on scene to treat the pedestrian who had sustained multiple suspected fractures.
He was transported to Rob Ferreira Hospital for further care.
