Rescue Care paramedics were called to a taxi accident at on Bellair Road before Booth Road just after 12pm today.
On arrival paramedics found that a single vehicle, a taxi, had somehow lost control and crashed into a wall. Paramedics quickly assessed the scene and found that a total of nine people had sustained minor injuries. Once they had been stabilized they were transported by Rescue Care and EMRS to a nearby facility for the further care that they required.
At this stage it is unclear what caused the collision however SAPS were on the scene and will be investigating further.
