A woman in her 30s was killed and another sustained minor injuries when their vehicle rolled on the R56 near Thornville, KwaZulu Natal.
ER24 paramedics arrived on scene and found a light motor vehicle lying on its side against a fence.
On assessment, paramedics found the lifeless body of one of the occupants lying 5 meters from the vehicle.
The second occupant fortunately sustained only minor injuries. She was treated for her injuries and thereafter transported to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
The cause of the collision is not yet known.
Local authorities were on scene for further investigations.
