Crisis Medical Paramedics were called to an Accident scene on 7 August at 15h00 on Umhlanga Rocks drive near Northway, first to arrive on scene, paramedics found a driver walking on scene and lucky escaped without injury.
It is unclear what happened but the driver lost control of the vehicle and hit a concrete pillar outside Whynotte petrol station.
SAPS and Ethekwini Fire department were on scene to investigate.
