Netcare 911 paramedics and other services responded to an accident on the R614 Noodsberg Road near Sukumani this afternoon.
Upon their arrival on scene they found that a minibus had overturned resulting in two people found to be in a critical condition and one person found to be in a serious condition.
A medical helicopter was activated to airlift one of the critically injured patients to hospital while the other patients were transported to hospital for further medical care.
Exact detail to the cause of the accident and preceding events will remain the subject of a police investigation.
