A man was killed early this morning when he was hit by multiple vehicles on the N2 near Avoca Hills in KwaZulu Natal. When ER24 paramedics arrived on scene, they found the dismembered body of the patient lying across the highway.
Paramedics and local authorities had to close the highway for one hour to allow paramedics to clear the scene.
The driver of the vehicle was not found on scene.
Local authorities were on scene for further investigations.
