Tongaat Watson highway crash down embankment into tree leaves one injured

A man was seriously injured after his vehicle veered off the roadway, plunged down an embankment and hit a tree. A report from the scene indicates that the man swerved for an animal that ran across the road and veered off the road.

Netcare 911 paramedics arrived at the scene and found the man seated in the vehicle. After he was stabilised at the scene paramedics transported him to a local hospital for the care that he required.
