Two people were seriously injured after three vehicles were involved in a collision on the P200 near Margate this morning.
Emergency services arrived on scene and immediately started assessing all the occupants of the vehicles. After assessing all the people, it was found that only two people sustained serious injuries.
The two patients were treated on scene and transported to hospital for further medical care.
Exact detail to the cause of the accident and preceding events will remain the subject of a police investigation. Traffic was severely affected following the accident.
