A man was seriously injured after he was knocked over by a minibus on Tsamaya Street in Mamelodi East last night.
Exact detail surrounding the accident is still unclear and will remain the subject of a police investigation.
Netcare 911 paramedics arrived on scene and found the seriously injured man laying on the roadway following the accident.
The man was treated on scene, immobilised on a trauma board and transported to hospital for further medical care.
No occupants of the minibus were injured during the accident.
