3 Taxis and a car collided Bluff injuring 5 people

Rescue Care paramedics were called to a multiple vehicle collision on Bluff Road and South Coast Road around 06:30am this morning.

Rescue Care paramedics arrived to find that three taxis and a car had collided in the junction. A quick triage was done and it was found that five people had sustained minor injuries. Once all of the injured had been stabilized they were transported to various Durban hospitals for the further care that they required.

Traffic was severely affected as emergency workers cleared the scene.

At this stage it is unclear what caused the collision however SAPS were on scene and will be investigating further.
