Netcare 911 paramedics responded to an accident at the intersection of Porter and Whinfield Streets in Songloed, Klerksdorp yesterday afternoon
Exact detail to the cause of the accident and preceding events are unclear and will remain the subject of a police investigation. Reports from the scene indicate that visibility in the area was affected by a sandstorm moving through the area.
Upon their arrival on scene they found that a motor vehicle and minibus had collided.
After all the occupants of both vehicles were assessed it was found that two people sustained minor to moderate injuries and were transported to hospital after receiving treatment on scene.
