A woman was injured after her motor vehicle overturned on the N2 towards Stanger after the Shakas Rock offramp near Tugela this morning.
Exact detail to the cause of the rollover and preceding events remains the subject of a police investigation.
Netcare 911 paramedics arrived at the scene and found the injured woman outside her vehicle. The vehicle came to a standstill on its roof in the centre median of the two roads.
The injured woman was treated on scene, immobilized on trauma board and transported to hospital for further medical care.
