Two people were injured after a light delivery vehicle left the roadway and crashed against a tree on Saint Faith’s road near Port Shepstone on the Kwa-Zulu Natal South Coast this afternoon.
Netcare 911 paramedics and other services arrived on scene and found the two occupants of the vehicle sustained moderate to serious injuries during the crash.
Both patients were treated and stabilized on scene before they were taken to a local hospital for further medical care.
Exact detail to the cause of the accident and preceding events will remain the subject of a police investigation.
