An alleged hijacker was killed in a collision between a motor vehicle and a truck on the corner of the R553 and the R28 between Vanderbijlpark and Sebokeng early this morning.
He alledgedly hijacked a motor vehicle and injured the driver and then fled the scene with the alleged stolen car. While fleeing he collided with a truck and sustained fatal injuries.
The victim of the alleged hijacking sustained stab wounds and was transported by ER24 paramedics to Sebokeng Hospital for further treatment.
Authorities were on scene for further investigation.
