A tree of approximately 20 metres fell over CJ Langehoven street in Geogre today causing a motor vehicle accident.
A vehicle collided with the tree trunk.
When ER24 paramedics arrived on scene they discovered 2 patients, on being a child.
The splintered tree trunk missed one of the patients by centimetres.
The adult patient had moderate injuries that were treated by ER24 paramedis.
The child sustained minor injuries and both are being transported by ER24 to Mediclinic George for further treatment.
