Five people were injured after two vehicles were involved in a rear-end accident on the N2 in the Baboye area on the Natal south Coast this afternoon. Exact detail is still speculative and will remain a subject for police investigation and comment.
Netcare 9111 and the provincial ambulance service arrived at the scene and found that five taxi commuters had sustained injuries ranging from serious to minor. After the injured were treated at the scene paramedics transported them to a local hospital for the care that they required.
