9 injured in Bedford Centre shooting [Photos]

EMER-G-MED Paramedics were called to the scene of a shooting at Bedford Centre. On arrival they found that five people had been shot, two of which were suspects. And four others injured.

It is alleged that around 6 suspects attempted to rob a cash and transit van who were off loading money.

Gunshots rang out throughout the whole center as shots were fired from from one end to the other as well as inside some of the shops.

Two patient were found and treated in the pharmacy, they had been taken there for help.

One was a civilian who had been shot in the head, abdomen and arm.

The other was a security guard who had been shot in the arm.

Both were in a critical but stable condition.

Another security guard was shot in the foot and arm in the underground parking lot

Shots were still being fired as paramedics treated the patients.

One of the suspects was shot in the leg and tried to run away, he was found in the basement. The other suspect had been shot in the chest and was found near the escalators.

An elderly lady was found hiding between clothes rales at a clothing store. She had a heart condition and was experiencing chest pain. She was treated on scene and transported to hospital by EMER-G-MED for further medical treatment.

EMER-G-MED also transported the security guard from the underground parking lot to hospital.

It is believed that 7 people were injured as well as the two suspects. Some people were injured from falling while trying to run away. They were all transported to hospital by various services.

UPDATE: 7 people shot two of which were suspects. And others injured due to falling while running away or medically induced.
