Earlier this morning paramedics responded to the R34 near Blood river, in northern KZN, where a truck carrying beer had crashed.
The driver and three other occupants in the truck were seriously injured in the crash and paramedics from KZN Emergency Medical Services stabilized the patients on scene before transporting the patients to Madadeni hospital for continued care.
In a scene similar to that seen on Monday on Chatsworth, paramedics on scene reported that passing motorists were seen stopping and loading the beer into their vehicles before driving off.
The cause of the crash is being investigated by the police.
