Two people were injured after a truck left the roadway and overturned about thirty kilometres from Harrismith in the direction of Kestel this morning. Exact detail to the cause of the accident and preceding events is still speculative and will remain a subject for police investigation and comment.
Netcare 911 paramedics arrived at the scene and found the truck lying on its side in the veldt, the patients were found at the side of the road. After paramedics treated the injured at the scene they transported them to a local hospital for the care that they required.
