A truck driver died earlier this morning when he was ejected from the vehicle in a roll over on Bhalito Road, in Molweni.
When ER24 paramedics arrived on scene they found the wrecked truck on the side of the road.
They assessed the patients, two men. The truck driver had sustained multiple injuries.
It is believed the truck rolled over him when he was ejected. Unfortunately there was nothing paramedics could do for him. He was declared dead on scene.
The passenger sustained moderate injuries. He was treated and transported to hospital.
The exact cause of the incident is unknown.
Local authorities were on scene.
