One man was seriously injured after his vehicle veered off the roadway and collided with a pole along Gloudinia Rd, Murray field, Pretoria this afternoon at around 16h37. Exact detail to the cause of the accident and preceding events is still speculative and will remain a subject for police comment.
Netcare 911 paramedics arrived at the scene and found the driver still seated in the wreckage of the bakkie with serious injuries. After medics stabilised him at the scene they transported the patient to a local hospital for the care that he required.
