Two bikers injured after collisions Seaview Durban

Two separate bike accidents in a space of three hours has left two bikers with serious injuries on Saturday Night in Seaview area.

Just before 6pm Rescue Care paramedics were called to the corner of Sarnia Road and Woolwich Road in Seaview for a serious bike collision. On arrival they found that a bike and a car had collided head on in the junction. Paramedics found the seriously injured biker on the side of the roadway. Advanced Life Support paramedics stabilized the injured biker before transporting him to a nearby hospital for the further care that he required.

Just a short while later around 8pm Rescue Care paramedics were yet again called to another bike accident at the corner of the M7 and Titren Road. On arrival they found a seriously injured biker lying on the roadway. He was stabilized by Rescue Care Advanced Life Support paramedic before being transported through to a nearby private facility for the further care that he required.

At this stage it is unclear what caused these collisions however SAPS were on scene and will be investigating further.
