14 injured in Bus crash in Durban

Fourteen people have been injured after the bus they were travelling in collided with a wall on North Coast Road just before Blackburn Road just after 06:30am this morning.

Rescue Care paramedics arrived on scene to find the bus had collided with a wall. A quick assessment was done and it was found that fourteen people had sustained various injuries. More ambulances were called to assist in the transportation of the injured to hospital. Once all of the injured had been stabilized on scene they were transported to various Durban hospitals for the further care that they required.

At this stage it is unclear what caused the bus to lose control and hit the wall however SAPS were in attendance and will be investigating further.
