Two people have been injured one seriously so after four taxis and a car collided on the M4 South bound before the Old Airport around 7am.
Rescue Care paramedics arrived on scene to find two lanes of the busy highway obstructed by the five vehicles involved in the collision. Paramedics found that only two people had been injured in the collision. They were stabilized on the scene before being transported to a nearby hospital for the further care that they required.
At this stage it is unclear what caused the collision however Metro Police were in attendance and will b investigating further.
