Three people were injured this morning after two vehicles collided on Pomona Road in Kempton Park, east of Johannesburg.
ER24 paramedics from the Johannesburg East branch arrived on scene and found the two vehicles blocking the ones lane of traffic. One of the vehicles had sustained a considerable amount of damage to its right side.
On inspection, paramedics found that the road was covered in cleaning solution that the truck was transporting at the time.
Three people had sustained minor to moderate injuries in this collision. Paramedics treated and thereafter transported the patients to nearby hospitals for further treatment.
The cause of the collision is not yet known but local authorities were on scene for further investigations.
